Just wanted to share a Halloween Project and a couple of Crafty Secrets cards.
Tessa found the idea for this tray on Reminisce's Blog and showed it to me, I fell in love with and had to make it. I got the tray at Hobby Lobby, almost a perfect 12x12, so I had to very little trimming, then just added all the great product from Reminisce...paper, cardstock stickers, a little bit of velvet ribbon and a couple of buttons. Great project, quick and easy! I love it!!
A couple of Halloween projects with Crafty Secrets. The card on the left had an image from the Halloween Journal book, a little bit of stickles, and some stitching. The card on the right has an image from the Halloween Journal book and a stamped image from their Halloween set. Glimmer Misted tags and a little bit of stitching, also. Love the Crafty Secrets Halloween, adore it. My favorite products of this whole Halloween Season!!
Another card that I can't get flipped the right direction...grrrr! But cute!!!

Little Houses

One of our little customers, Hayley, was inspired to create her own house, after watching her mom construct a Doodlebug Halloween House. She made this sweet little house all on her own, no help from Mom and Dad at all. The roof, window boxes, door and stairs all with no template. Keep in mind that the Doodlebug Houses come with templates. Pretty fabulous job! Hayley is now making a entire village. Ladies, I do believe with have up and coming scrapper and designer. Pretty great for a 5 year old.
Too cute!!!
And now we will show Mom's adorable, spooky Doodlebug Halloween House. How awesome is this! Bo Bunny double dot cardstock, Imaginisce Hallowhimsy papers, Doodlebug Sugar Coating and Sugar Coated Brads, Spiders and Bats from Jolee's. Angie did a fantastic job, this is just the cutest thing ever, except for maybe Hayley's sweet little house.
Love the brads along the roof line and spiders crawling up the chimney. Spooky!

Thanks for sharing these houses with us Hayley and Angie. I think Hayley may have secured her self a spot on our next design team!

Back to School

Today was back to school for my daughter, so of course we had do the first day of school photo. Wow! She doesn't look like she's going into 5th grade or that she will soon be 11. Kind of scares me! Yikes!
I thought I'd share the photo and my excitement of my moon flowers finally blooming. Last night 3 flowers bloomed, so beautiful! They have been hailed on three times this summer and weathered the storms slowly but surely. Last night they finally bloomed. So gorgeous and fragrant!
Back to school, back to the real world and back to creativity!!!
